Crafted from 100% jute, these slim rugs are decorative, recyclable, and foldable for convenient seasonal storage. They might be wrinkled and may not lay perfectly flat on the floor. To address this, simply smooth out any wrinkles with a pressing iron on medium heat. For added protection during this process, place a thin cotton cloth or craft paper between the rug and the iron. Additionally, be mindful that these rugs are not water-resistant, particularly crucial if you have a real Christmas tree that requires watering. Make sure the underlying surface is protected to prevent any potential damage.
Natural Jute
Jute is a long, soft, shiny plant fiber that can be spun into coarse, strong threads. Jute rugs are sensitive to moisture, very durable and have a higher sound-insulating effect than synthetic carpets. Typical for jute rugs is that they are organic and can often be recycled as they are manufactured from a natural material.

This carpet is certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, a globally uniform and independent testing- and certification system for textiles. The certification means that the finished product is free from hazardous chemicals.

Beautiful quality and lovely colours
The website was easy to use. I needed a specific small size for where the rug has to go in my bedroom and was spoilt for choice.
