Excellent service
I bought 2 rugs from here at a very good price point. Shipping was quick, especially considering the distance. Unfortunately neither suited my space, so despite being very nice and of high quality I needed to return them. The return was seamless, and free - which I feel a bit guilty about as the company will have no doubt incurred a fair bit of expense sending my order and then taking it back from me. Overall the process was excellent, and nothing less than 5 star in terms of ordering, product quality, ease of returning, speed of refund etc. So despite not keeping the rugs, I'd encourage anyone thinking of buying from here to go ahead! Clearly a good business.

Amazing customer service. I ended up sending my rug back as I changed my mind. The return service was fantastic. The team respond quickly over email and my refund was also quick.
