Found the rug of my dreams!
For a while now I've been searching for a pure wool rug which matched my criteria, ie had a particular unusual design and colours. I came across a note I'd made about Rugvista and within minutes of going on their website, found the exact rug of my dreams! I placed the order straight away, there's no delivery charge, and as it was my first order I received 15% disount. Rugvista are based in Sweden and my rug was shipped from there, from order to delivery it took 4 days. I chose UPS as the courier and the process was easy, they have a good tracking tool and my rug arrived on time. The quality of the rug is perfect, it's exactly what I wanted and I'm really happy with the end result. Lovely product and an easy company to deal with. The rug we ordered was delivered quickly and is good quality. I ordered an anti slip mat which and the wrong product was sent out but their customer services was very quick and efficient and a replacement sorted out with a discount for my inconvenience, I would use this company again if I need another rug.
