Handloom fringes Rug - Light green / Grey carpet from India.
These carpets are made in Bhadohi, India using good quality wool which makes them soft and comfortable to walk on. A different kind of loom is used in the production process which makes the work faster than traditional carpet knotting and results in a lower price. However, the newer method does not allow for advanced patterns so they are only available in single colours or simple geometric patterns. The value-for-money carpets are ideal for both a well-designed office or in a home with modern decor.
This rug sheds, which is normal and a result of the manufacturing process, as small surplus fibres are released during production. With proper care, this shedding will naturally decrease. To minimize excess shedding, it's recommended to regularly hoover with a recessed brush head and to hoover in the direction of the pile.

Wool has a naturally dirt-repelling effect and is easy to keep clean. It is also flame resistant and characteristically retains it’s shape so that the pile of the rug always rises.

The perfect carpet, really. I didnt believe I can own such quality of a 5* hilton right at my place. I opted for safety with this uni colour, and it’s a win, however I will try out a designer whool rug for another room seeing how impressive this one is. Its simply outstanding, not even a plain beige, its a dance of toned shades and shines almost like a unique model. Works with my gold / mustard sofa and curtains like a glove.
